The meeting point is at the back end of the street level tunnel through Kulturhuset.

 

From T-Centralen metro or Sergels Torg cross the plaza and climb the stairs to street level. There is a large pedestrian tunnel through the middle of Kulturhuset, go through that tunnel until you see a small tree at the other end.
